From Carlisle - follow the signs for Workington (A595/A596). Follow the A596 until you reach Aspatria.

To avoid Carlisle city Centre go to junction 42 head for Dalston then head for Thursby follow the signs for Workington (A595/A596). Follow the A596 until you reach Aspatria.
